Data Deletion Policy

Effective Date: 11/06/2025
Last Updated: 11/06/2025

We are committed to ensuring your data is handled securely and transparently. This Data Deletion Policy outlines how Customer Data is deleted upon request, account termination, or under applicable legal requirements.

1. User-Initiated Deletion

You may request the deletion of your Customer Data at any time by:

  • Using the in-platform data management tools (if available), or
  • Contacting us at ask@alliesia.com with a verified deletion request.

We will delete the requested data from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.

2. Account Termination

Upon voluntary account cancellation or termination due to inactivity or breach:

  • Customer Data will be retained for 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.
  • After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted from active systems and scheduled for removal from backups within an additional 60 days, unless legally required otherwise.

3. Trial or Beta Accounts

Data entered during a free trial or beta period will be deleted 30 days after the trial ends unless you convert to a paid plan or request earlier deletion.

4. Backups and Logs

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups or audit logs for up to 90 days, after which it is automatically purged. This data is inaccessible for operational use and will only be restored in disaster recovery scenarios.

5. Legal Compliance

We may retain certain data to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations (e.g., financial records, audit logs). Retained data will be protected under the same security measures as active data.

6. Third-Party Integrations

If you've integrated third-party services with our platform, you are responsible for managing data deletion within those services. We are not liable for third-party data retention practices.

7. Confirmation of Deletion

Upon request, we will provide written confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems, excluding legally retained records or backups scheduled for delayed purging.
